Have you got a Will? If you have money, property or family you should have a valid will.

A will, perhaps with an appropriate trust, can give peace of mind and save Inheritance Tax. If you do not have a will you risk leaving a large percentage of your wealth to the Government; whilst your remaining assets could be distributed according to the rules on intestacy and therefore not in accordance with your wishes.
